He is particularly noted for his ruthlessness in negotiating a bounty, no matter the client; several witnesses who have seen Fett dealing with the likes of Darth Vader and Jabba the Hutt have noted his 'intolerance' toward abhorrent and breachful actions against the contract.

KNOWN BIOGRAPHY AND TIMELINE: The following is a timeline of events, set to the BBY/ABY (Before/After the Battle of Yavin) timescale. Please note, some sources await verification, though Boba Fett is known for promoting misinformation and rumours surrounding his history.

- 31.5 BBY - Boba Fett is 'born', an exact genetic clone of his father (notorious bounty hunter Jango Fett), on Kamino.
- 22 BBY - Boba Fett encountered by Obi-Wan Kenobi. Helps his father escape capture, and flees to Geonosis. Witnesses Jedi Master Mace Windu decapitate Jango Fett. Fett inherits Jango Fett's wealth and belongings, including Slave I.
- 22 BBY - 19 BBY - A young Fett takes up mercenary work, including (but not limited to) working for Jabba Desilijic Tiure, Count Dooku of Serenno, working with Aurra Sing and Bossk, tracking and attempting multiple times to kill Mace Windu. During this time, Fett was also responsible for the destruction of the Venator-class Star Destroyer 'Endurance', sent to an orphanage on Bespin, and incarcerated in a Republic prison for his crimes.
- 19 BBY - 0 BBY - Fett is known to have hunted and killed survivors of Order 66 during this period.
- 19 BBY - 15 BBY - Fett works for Imperial Grand Inquisitor Malorum, searching for information on then-deceased Padmé Amidala of Naboo. During this time, he and fellow bounty hunter D'harhan stop a rebel uprising on Bellassa.

Information concerning Fett immediately following the events at Bellassa is deemed invalid, though rumours persist that Fett may have spent time on Concord Dawn. Until valid information arises, no unofficial assumptions will be made.

- 15 BBY - Hired by Sise Fromm to kill racers Thall Joben and Jord Dusat during the Boonta Speeder Race. It is known that Fett instead turned in Fromm to Jabba the Hutt.
- 12 BBY - Working for the Empire, Fett visits Kamino, leading Imperial Stormtroopers from the 501st Legion in a campaign to quash an uprising of newly-bred Jango clones. Fett retrieves the last remaining samples of Jango Fett's DNA, reportedly handing them over to the Empire. During this time, Fett is rumoured to have become an Imperial Stormtrooper himself, and left after killing his superior officer (rumours also suggest that this was a ruse in order to get close to his bounty). Fett hunted the spice trafficker Hallolar Voors on Jubilar.
- 5 BBY - Captured Han Solo but was foiled by Lando Calrissian. Later paid by Jabba the Hutt not to kill Solo.
- 4 BBY - Fett undertakes the bounty on Bria Tharen.
- 3 BBY - Fett seemingly abandons the bounty after a year.
- 3 BBY - Boba Fett undertakes a mission for Darth Vader, culminating in a battle on Maryx Minor, which old Imperial records indicate was heated, but stand-offish.
- 1 BBY - Fett is hired by Darth Vader to eliminate pirate defences over Ilum
- 1 BBY - Fett captures Bria Tharen, but is forced to relinquish her due to unforseen circumstances. Fett is said to have accepted 100,000 credits to do so.
- 0.5 BBY - Fett is contacted on Kamino by Darth Vader, concerning the escaped clone of Galen Marek. Fett hunts Juno Eclipse, to use as bait to bring Marek before the Dark Lord.
- 0.1 ABY - 1 ABY (approx) - Fett is hired to locate the hidden Rebel Alliance following the Battle of Yavin and the destruction of the Death Star. Fett captures Admiral Ackbar and hands him to the Empire, selling his droids and equipment to the Hutts. Once the equipment was retrieved by rebels, Fett located their base, seemingly by means of a hidden tracking device.
- 0.5 ABY - Fett attacks and destroys an entire Imperial garrison on Vryssa to capture Rivo Xarran, restoring his reputation after a number of failures and incomplete missions.
- 0.5 ABY - Fett orchestrates the collapse of the Bounty Hunters Guild.
- 0.6 ABY - Fett locates and kills the murder Dr. Cornelius Evazan.
- 1 ABY - Boba Fett is hired by Rom Mohc to kill Kyle Katarn, but fails after Katarn successfully evades him.
- 3 ABY - Fett is one of five bounty hunters called to the 'Executor', to participate in a hunt for the Milennium Falcon. Fett outsmarts his competitors and his target, tracking Han Solo to Cloud City, enabling Vader and his men to arrive before Solo. Fett is given the carbonite-encased Solo, to deliver (after encounters with Rebel agents and opposing bounty hunters) to Jabba the Hutt.
- 4 ABY - Fett, under the payroll of Jabba the Hutt, participates in the battle against Rebel agents being sentenced to death at the pit of Carkoon. Fett's jetpack is activated and he is sent into the maw of the Sarlacc.

Information regarding Fett's survival is not on official record, though it is known that he escaped, and killed the Sarlacc in the process.

- 8 ABY - Fett, along with bounty hunter Dengar, attack Solo on Nar Shaddaa, and track him to Byss, where they are finally shaken off.
- 10 ABY - Fett works numerous jobs for Gorga the Hutt, including the assassination of Orko the Hutt.
- 14 ABY - Fett encounters Jaden Korr on Ord Mantell. After relentlessly stalking and assaulting Korr, Fett abandons the mission as a lost cause.
- 19 ABY - Fett finally brings to justice the Butcher of Montellian Serat for five million credits. Fett retires from hunting.

ADDITIONAL NOTES: It has since come to light that Fett has been sighted as of 20 ABY, with rumours circulating that the mercenary is once again at large. Fett should be approached with caution, and is not considered a threat to the Republic at the present time.
