Two items really, firstly is a request for a Interdictor Star Destroyer, named the Catalyst, to serve as my personal flagship. Secondly, is to establish a intelligence organization within the PA, called the Echelon Branch. The active operation personnel will consist of five units, codenamed Special Task Groups, each composing five teams of three field operatives plus an overseer, for a total of 16 operatives, as well as ten special infiltration teams, codenamed Splinter Cells, of one special operative and one to two support personnel, sometime more, depending on level of support needed for said mission, serving as double agents, combat advisors, small scale espionage, various special intelligence operations. Also, an elite team, comprising in total of fourteen elite commandos, answering only to the Director and Grand Moff.
