| I am requesting for Druckenwell to be able to purchase a pair of the R&L Enterprises Crossbow-class Frigates. Druckenwell has done business with the corporation in the past and, as such, would be able to do such again.

| I'm okay with approving of this, as long as Lomen understands that it's illegal, IC, for Republic worlds to do business with R&L at this time (I think you saw Cambrist's memorandum late last night). From a management perspective, the request is fine. IC though, be aware Druckenwell would be breaking the law. That said, I vote to APPROVE if you still wish to do it. Jace Varitek

| I interpreted it as a database, of sorts, that's instantaneously updated. Sort of like doing a background check when buying a gun, except the other way around (the background check, that is, would be on the manufacturer in this case).
