| I'm not intending to play any of your government. However, it's completely unrealistic to assume everyone on a planet would go for all the changes, especially martial law and a curfew, without some grumbling. It's also not unheard of for a government to snatch up people outside during the curfew. See Nazi Germany and the ghettos for further reading.
