Cause, if not, I wanted to (eventually) RP getting the plans for the tri-fighters and droidekas for production. These could be gained from the Junkyard as well though.

I am pretty fickle on certain things. On other things, not so much. Like the correct spelling of "donut," or the travesty of salsa in a breakfast burrito! These are things I won't compromise on. How is salsa even a breakfast "component"? It doesn't go with anything! Eggs, sausage (or ham or bacon, but sausage is best), cheese and maybe some fried potatoes. That's it! If you want salsa, get it on the side. I don't want to know about it. Yes it's a "burrito," but it's still breakfast, dammit! What's next? Salsa on a pancake? Pico de gallo in your Lucky Charms? Vile! And yeah, I feel much the same way about Star Wars canon, as well.
But otherwise I'm pretty flexible.

To answer the initial problem. No we don't have rules defining the planet and its alliances or relationship (keeping in mind they shouldn't breach canon) but I believe the rules state that management reserves the right to alter planetary actions (in the form of assuming control of npc factions) in we feel you aren't illustrating the planet well.
To date I don't think its ever really been employee.
