| Hi! This might seem a bit vain, but I'm asking for some out of character feedback on how I'm playing my character Avadrie volFyr.
My intended portrayal for her is similar to a demure southern belle - an Imperial loyalist, conservative feminist (in the sense that she feels women are the fairer sex and are to be deferred to as such - southern style) and a pacifist.
Thats at least her public perception. I got busy with school for a bit so I wasn't around, and I haven't really gotten into her Krath powers and background in roleplay yet because I'm trying to establish her as a presence in the Senate first.
What do you guys think? Any and all feedback is appreciated.

| Tremaine has a good point there. Much as how he uses his proxies in the form of Mika Jeebs and the Libs, etc, he can interact with a multitude of players while still keeping Tremaine rather safe within the Senate itself.

| You're doing a great job. It is good to develop contacts outside of the Senate, true, but I'm also a fan of the personal touch of Senators taking the time to RP with each other too, outside of just the Senate forum. And as charming as she is (not to mention the Krath powers), this personal touch would doubtless work to her advantage in cultivating allies in the Senate perhaps more than the usual arguments on the Senate forum would alone. One thing I would caution you against, though; I've sensed that you've wanted Avadrie to be seen as a sort of neutral broker, but as we saw at Monor II, if she involves herself in too contentious an issue it's possible she could be looked upon by both sides as a partisan of the other side, simply because passions are running so high. So that's a delicate balance to maintain; being a neutral broker on important issues without one side or the other (or both sides) questioning her motives, integrity, etc. But I suppose that just comes with experience and, as you've already been doing, presenting Avadrie as an impartial and reasonable person. Here too I think that personal touch would help.
But so far, so good. Keep up the good work and I'm glad you're back.
