| Well..
There is clearly a plan going on here to Trade with the Colicoids... I think this has come up before in the RP.. As I recall the a party of slavers met a very sticky end after attempting to gather "meat" from the Ewoks.
Few things which should be noted about the whole premise before another Meat Trade rp springs up:
- Colla IV is an Imperial World and is likely very heavily garrisoned (because the Colicoids were dangerous in the past) this is evidenced by the fact that by 4ABY (and possibly already) Colla IV was a "Fortress World". - The idea of paying them in flesh is peculiar to the point of ridicule when there is no reason they couldn't use credits to just buy or grow their own (especially now slavery is legal under the Empire). - The Colicoid Creation Nest is not mentioned as existing after the Clone Wars, IF it exists at all it is likely under very heavy Imperial supervision and would not be free to manufacture anything dangerous. In the old AGW (11Aby) it had been rebuilt but not until the conclusion of the New Republic conquest.
The whole idea of them has always bugged me so I thought I would mention this.

| Hell, he can do whatever he wants with five barges of dead bodies as long as he pays up.
And, recalling that party of slavers, I distinctly remember that they pillaged a good number of planets for that cause successfully before running into that snag at Endor.

| Gotta blame Jace for ruining the fun that time. Damned gunship dropped on Devan's head. Were it not for that, well, it would have been the Ewoks who'd received the short end of the stick. Speaking of which, is Endor known in this time period?

| Don't think it's known. But I don't think it's a very good choice anyway. Just buy "rare meats" at Walmart, no need to get them illegally.

| Oh indeed, much more efficient. And strange you mention Wal-Mart. Odds are that two organizations to survive that long in the future would likely be Microsoft and Wal-Mart.

| Jamie, I've notice one thing on this site, and that is everything bugs you, if its not in any way, shape or form, something that you want to happen.

| Not everything. Just things which are completely illogical!
I like your character Rall! I think it's a neat change for a separatist to just be a straight up guy concentrating primarily on land forces, it's novel and nice to see. Hidden names and identities have become a bit of a trope! I play mostly imperials so he does me no favours but I say he's a welcome change.
I think it would be no bad thing to see Rall get even more infantry (Even Colicoid designs) it would be nice to see him with a force that can occupy a world (to encourage cooperation with other rebels) I just think this particular way about doing it is a bit silly.
Go and scavenge any battlefield or hulk from the clone wars and get some droids and guns by all means, Jamie the Hutt will even help you with that, just don't think it's practical to buy new colicoid droids in a hurry.
JTH would be inclined to support Rall covertly btw.

| Quote (Valin_Rall) I'd sooner go to the Vatican to see if I'd burst into flames, than accept help from Jamie.
I wouldn't chance that. Those Catholics are quite good with booby traps.
Now, Jamie makes a fair point here, though I will concede that he often has something to say on a number of matters that really don't concern him. But I will agree that the method of exchange you've decided upon is quite, for lack of a better word, silly. Still, nothing against the rules was done here so there's no real reason for management to comment; not yet, anyhow.

| I was only going off of what the Wookieepedia article said
Quote When the Trade Federation made their first purchase of droidekas, they paid with fifty shiploads of exotic flesh.
Quote Colicoids were known to occasionally stop any travelers going through their system and eat them.
So to me it just seemed the logical line, give them something/someone else to eat so my people would still be around. I know 5 shiploads of flesh is a lot less than the 50 that the Trade Fed put up, but then again, I'm not going in to buy a full army.

| The Trade Federation are notoriously idiotic, but that's not the point here.
Since you've not done anything against the rules, then it's your prerogative how you want to deal with the exchange. Though I wouldn't be doing my job if I didn't remind you that you must request this purchase first and have it approved before you can integrate them into your current forces.

| I know, I already have a small grouping picked out, nothing that wouldn't be too outlandish to be approved.

| I only mentioned it because I want you to get your droids but trying to have them built on an Imerial world seems hugely risky and likely only to cause your investment to go to waste.
Fact remains the Empire own Colla IV.
Don't get me wrong, I am not appealing for you to not take this action if you want to do it, just pointing out a couple of obstacles so you can more easily avoid them.

| You're making the assumption though that I'm having them built on Colla IV, or that I'm even there to go after droids.
