| In around 10ABY the 9th Legion will pledge allegiance to one Bernard Oriel, Chamberlain of Bast Castle.. they will be one of the foremost units of the "Vjun Confederacy" after Raithal is taken by the movement. The Confederacy is a movement which will seek to modernize Imperial ideals and quickly develops a strong Republican ideology upon contact with the New Republic.
A personality-cult type regime named the "New Imperial Order" will take military action against Vjun after a skirmish over Borosk. It will launch an attack on Raithal and lose a Star Destroyer as well as suffering damage to a second one.
It will also attack Vjun directly, after a (ridiculously) long and bloody battle the 9th Legion will be largely slaughtered (alongside 7 other legions) by the forces of the "New Imperial Order" as they slaughter (almost to a man) the Vjunite population and garrison.

| Yeah I don't think I'd take the same path next time. The whole Vjun thing I rather stumbled into before I really got the feel of the RP. I don't think I would be so imprudent as to make all those mistakes again!
