| Chuck is invited to it, so is Karth, so is Jaron, so is Trask (and a bunch of his friends, too), so is a coworker of mine. I'm becoming increasingly doubtful that this is a "beta test" at all, but instead just a marketing scheme to generate enthusiasm about the game a month before its release.

| Yeah but...
Difference between Weekend beta, which Karth has and Real beta, which is anyday of the week/weekend. Which is what I have.

| I'm confused, Chuck, are you bragging about being a full Beta? (har har)
Anyhow, it's more of a combination stress test/hype opportunity, seeing how much the servers can handle as far as traffic whilst simultaneously generating alot of positive buzz about the game. I beta-tested WoW all those years ago, and that game was actually worse at launch than the beta version of this game, which is encouraging.
That, and it's alot of fun; Jedi Knight and Imperial Agent standing out as my two favorites thus far. Oh, look at that, servers are almost back up..

| Chuck... I hate you. It's affirmative action, is what it is. BioWare... hating on us caucasians. Just kidding, but seriously bro... hate you with the undying passion of a thousand sons, with your permanent test status.
My favorite thus far, and sadly the last class I played with, so I was unable to enjoy all of the amazingness, was the Trooper. Alright, now that that's done, and that I feel good, time to go to work. Oorah!

| The beta test weekends are stress tests on their systems duh! It would suck if game day everything crashed or there were long queues to play the game.

| There will be another one next weekend as well. However, the news today is, the NDA has been repealed on the beta testing, so I can show you all... the galaxy's most amazing man...

| I should've taken screenshots of Brytano, my smuggler. He was so badass.

| Everything was showing up fine, most of the time, but my equipment's textures kept reverting to the low-detail often; such as when I took this screen.
