| I just have one question Shiva, and first let me set it up.
It took Rall probe droids just to find the Carrivar system, and it was a lucky hyperspace jump that landed him on the Plundered moon, so please tell me how Shiva just so happens to have information on and know the locations of the Advich System, Bogo Rai System, The Carrivar and Durace Systems. I find it difficult to believe that he'd have found them or known their location just off of rumors of Hapans being in the area. I would just like to know how Shiva would have come upon this information.

| A fair enough question and fairly easily answered, though one must make a few assumptions on a number of things.
1) The Hapans: Unlike vessels such as those utilized by Separatists that may have found their way into other hands, Hapan vessels are utilized strictly by the Hapan people. With such a fiasco as having the Hapan Presidium escape under the noses of the Imperials, as well as the bounty on his head from the Hapan Consortium, word is likely to travel if a convoy that consists of a Battle Dragon, a pair of Nova cruisers and assorted transport vessels pass through and travel about the Unknown Regions.
2) Word of mouth: while the Nagai, or other races were not specifically prominent in the primary galaxy of which the Empire is known, they did travel there. True, the Nagai were not encountered by the Alliance of Free Planets until at least 4 ABY, but this is not to say they weren't encountered by smaller, fringe groups. Pick a world where people don't want to be found or a place on the Rim where one can see aliens as prominently as humans and it's possible. Word does travel, even if only in rumors.
3) Time lapse for Separatists and the pirate connection: The Separatists, in this case Rall and Shiva, have been likely doing more hiding and running and staying alive, even trying to establish bases, than they have exploring or perhaps keeping up to date with the latest places to go for smuggling, goods, piracy et al. While Rall and Shiva may not know much of the Unknown Regions (though Shiva has a better chance than Rall of having more knowledge in what bit he may have, as Shiva hails from Allyuen in the Outer Rim and Rall is from the Mid Rim with a wealthy family), it stands to reason that the Red Mynocks, coming from a wide variety of places along the Outer Rim and generally associating with criminals and less than savory types have come across beings from the Unknown Region. Trade is trade, after all, and raiding is raiding.
Therefore, it stands to reason that the Mynocks, with knowledge superior to Shiva, would be the ones sent to find the Hapans.
If you're concerned I'm sending Shiva to attack you, you needn't be. Shiva has business elsewhere in the galaxy anyway and couldn't spare the ships right now.
