| I can help clarify this. First, regarding the Vil Haran situation, as a captured enemy combatant of the Empire he didn't have any rights, whereas Stark is an Imperial citizen who is still entitled to (IC) rights concerning the distribution of his estate. Ultimately, and speaking IC here, it's neither Tssk's nor Stark's call but, rather, the Imperial courts. Presumably Stark does have a will on file with his attorney; indeed, Tssk's forged will seems to anticipate this. That there are multiple wills means one or more of them aren't legitimate and it will be the Imperial courts which decide A.) if Alyn Stark is actually dead, and B.) which of these documents is Alyn Stark's actual will.
Neither A. nor B. are foregone conclusions, and Adam's presence is indeed necessary to proceed since it's fair to assume Alyn Stark has a will on file with his attorney and we'll need Adam to clarify that before any judgment, either IC or OOC, can be made. Thus, while players are free to discuss Tssk's forged will, and he is free to claim it is the genuine article, the Empire should refrain from putting it into effect until its authenticity has been established IC. Whether its authenticity will or won't be established is an outcome that management won't presume at this time.

| Also, a quick message for Adam here if he's able to see it: be safe in the field and don't worry about any of this until you get back. If you're being told that Stark's assets are being taken from him, that's not correct and it's not something you need to stress about. You're busy enough this week without having this on your mind too. Again, be safe and talk to you soon, man. We'll sort this out when you're back. In the meantime, maybe we can agree to limit this discussion to the principals Jamie and Adam and thus bring the temperature down somewhat; I don't think third parties are playing a constructive role at the moment.
