| Already divvied mate! Have been since I wrote the will a week ago.
Doesnt matter if his death is faked or genuine, the will is still in place, the assets themselves won't be formally "divvied" until all the legal paperwork is done verifying the inheritors IDs etc. Thats going to take until at least Friday. Plenty of time for legal challenges, if you can find a legal challenge old boy!

| I'm astonished this is so controversial, the whole RP can't wait for Alyn to be back! Tide and time wait for no man.
These posts are not hurting any of his characters since alyn is (alive or dead) out of play, its not like he personally can do a thing about this (or even know about it). They're also not dividing up the assets in themselves, theyre stating the lines for the future division (which can be challenged if you wish!).

| Might I step in here for a moment?
I believe from the looks of it we have another "Vil Haran" situation. In which a character has come to be captured and his items are being taken and split up. I believe in the past Vil Haran had his own items taken from him and auctioned off, without a chance to counter it as it was in the power of his captor to do so. He was also forced into a position in which he was always prevented from even being allowed to counter such action by a Rath Deschain I believe was the characters name (correct me if I'm wrong from what I've read.)
It would so then appear that Mr. Stark is at the mercy of his captors and that Tssk has all rights to divide up the assets and other items as he wishes. Of course I could be wrong but it wouldn't appear right to attempt a Deus Ex counter.

| Also, note Ana - you have the ability to try and counter the actions, theres opportunity for you to "defend" against this financial attack.
But the cost of defense could be higher than the price of acquiescence. Just like the price for Alyn now is worse because he fought back. So any legal moves would be fiercely responded to, along with various other information being passed to media and govt. Theres a cost benefit analysis to be made here just like Alyn made before.
Also, note that all Alyn's personal things, ships etc (the stuff Adam personalized extensively) goes to Ana, so if Stark does escape at some point, he can reclaim them because they'll be in her custody.. plus shes rich and has titles. Could be a lot worse!

| But yes, this is a really mean and evil thing Tssk is doing, but it is evil IC; no rules are being broken so surely the IC Imperial Courts on Imperial Center are your first point of call for objections (if you want to risk making them) not to Management who arbitrate OOC questions...
May I remind you, Tssk is not a nice person. He is, to alter someone elses words for another popular fictional character:
Tssk is arguably the most unpleasant character in all the RP: psychopathic and proud of it; a petty, unjust, unforgiving control-freak; a vindictive, bloodthirsty ethnic cleanser; a misogynistic, wookieephobic, cannibalistic, infanticidal, genocidal, filicidal, pestilential, megalomaniacal, sadomasochistic, capriciously malevolent bully.
Doing horrible things is par for the course, but one really shouldn't expect else from the Trandoshan ruler (if one checks out how they're represented in the canon, they're not meant to be nice)
