| Adam, while I applaud your initiative, I have to point out a big problem with the thread; that being that at this moment the Bisellia system has yet to be colonized. While the idea behind it has been approved; as seen in the Bisellia System and Miscellaneous Request that was approved; it should be noted that IC wise the Charter which would allow the Magrath's to being the colonization has yet to be fully hammered out by both sides.
Thus without the actual Charter being fully drafted and agreed upon by both sides; this means that there is more than likely been no news transmissions or any information given to the press about a colonization effort within the Bisellia system. After all, the Magrath family would more than likely keep such information as private until the last possible moment to even acknowledge or bring attention to such an effort as an added means to ensure the safety of those they would be sending to colonize the system.
