| If George Lucas completely phucks up the Mandalorians then I'm going to say "Screw Isez and make a Crazed Pshycopath." And what not. A lot like how he is now, just not Mandalorian. But If yall wanna hold off on posting until we see what that old senile fool does to the mandalorians thats about 3 more weeks of waiting seeing as they come out with a new episode every friday. Or we can do it Zuthus and our way Jace. Mandalorian Civil-war after driving imperials from our planet.

| Mandalorians and pacifists used in the same sentence? Holy crap are we going to hell for that one. Might as well give them a rainbow-oriented flag too.

| It looks like we probably have to wait. We could go ahead with our plan, but the problem is it might all be contradicted again in the next episode of the show. And who knows? These pacifists might (hopefully) be crushed in the coming episodes, in which case none of this will be necessary. But yeah, I don't like having to wait either. Also, this is only a bit off topic, but I came across this quote from Abel Pena, the man responsible for reconciling the Star Wars canon: "Continuity errors are bound to occur even with an active vigilance against them, but if this action is not taken"—that is, writers making efforts to reconcile or, ideally, avoid continuity errors—"the number of inconsistencies will become enormous, and consequently lead to more and more events being labeled apocryphal and being tossed out. This fate will befall the works of even those authors who are presently considered 'current,' as their works inevitably age like all the rest, and thus fall victim to the same neglect that now systematically renders older materials apocryphal, the practice perpetuating until the Star Wars mythos collapses into a marginally linked web of confusion and inconsistency, in which references to certain events, people, and other things become meaningless, for they may not even officially exist." And yet, on Twitter, he said he loved the latest episode of the show. Way to contradict yourself, man. He's written about the Mandalorians before, so I know he knows what a huge puke in the canon this is but, apparently, he's going to tow the Lucas line. Oh well, we'll see what happens. The only problem is that canon inconsistencies aren't usually resolved by fiat, but rather in subsequent books, sourcebooks, etc. Even if this story arc is resolved in the coming episodes of the show, thus, it could potentially be quite some time until it's thoroughly reconciled with the volumes of contradictory information. (Gay people aren't necessarily pacifists, incidentally. This seems to be the implication in Havoc's post. Consider, for example, the Sacred Band of Thebes, or even the Spartans, who practiced homosexuality. The Stonewall Riots are a more contemporary example. Also, it's worth noting that Mandalorians do practice gay marriage in at least one instance in the canon, and none of the other characters seem to find it unusual. I'm just sayin').

| Alright so today at work we were discussing this and this is what I was told. The Queen of the Mandos wanted them to be pacifists (she is also in love Obi Wan...how cool?! I mean he said he would leave the order if she asked him too...I soooo need to be watching this), anyways there are many groups of Mandos who do not like this pacifist thing so it really doesn't interfer with anything here really.
