History: Born and raised on Chandrila, Ilanah learned everything that she knew of politics from her parents, who were both diplomats. Her mother died when she was still in school when she was 18, and her father has since retired and lives in a large manor just outside of one of the larger of the planets cities.
Shortly after her mother died, she met and married Kal Thanatos. It was rather short-lived, however, and she left him because she found out what he truly was. He was presumed dead, so she was told, on a mission he had gone on. As it turned out, he was not dead, and returned and they were re-married, and she is carrying his child.
Ilanah was recently elected Senator of Chandrila after Mon Mothma was ousted and branded a traitor to the Empire. So she moved to, and is currently residing on Coruscant, or Imperial Center as some called it. She is, along side Senator Fowlkes of Telos IV, spearheading a secret rebellion; The Libs.
