True Crusaders The True Crusaders are a Mandalorian splinter group, the remnants of the Mandalorians displaced from Dxun after the Empire invaded the moon. During the Imperial assault on the moon of Dxun, they called for reinforcements from Mandalore, when none came, they stood alone, holding the line for as long as they could before they where forced to retreat the moon world. After the Imperial assault on the moon of Dxun, and the failure of the Mandalorians to answer the call for reinforcements, the True Crusaders called for a reform, calling for a time when there was a Mandalorian Empire in the galaxy. They had their own views on the other Mandalorian factions.
They saw the Mandalorian Protectors as complacent and content to just patrol and protect the Mandalore Sector.
They saw the New Mandalorians as bringing weakness and inviting attacks from others against Mandalorian Space with their views on Pacifism and Neutrality
They saw the Death Watch as savages with no honor, believing that if all Mandalorians followed the Death Watch, they would become savage animals with no honor
The True Crusaders followed the Resol'nare, or Six Actions, often having new True Crusader recruits pledge the following, before they were allowed to wear the True Crusader armor and join the True Crusaders.
"You will raise your young as Mandalorians—and defend them.
You will wear our armor, and speak our language.
And you will serve the clan, and rally when called.
These are the Resol'nare—the Six Actions—sacred to our movement.
Do them—and you may live to call yourselves Mandalorians!"
Those that follow the True Crusaders follow Vil Haran, whom took on the mantle of "True Mandalore" after the Invasion of Dxun by the Empire. Those that follow him claim that he wears the "True Helmet of Mandalore" and Vil has done nothing to confirm or deny that this is true, causing the rumor and belief that it is the true Mandalore Helmet to spread among his followers, and strengthen his position.
