Background:
Jerome Twist, a native of Dantooine, worked hard to overcome his planet's local reputation and get out into the galaxy. Joining the military at twenty, he served within the Republic Army in the 683rd Engineer Corps. During the Clone Wars, Twist and his unit were responsible for numerous construction of prefabricated troop buildings, defensive structures and morale and recreation centers. On the offensive, demolitions fell to his company and Twist, among others, destroyed a number of buildings and sensitive key structures in multiple battles across the Outer Rim, thereby denying the Separatist forces access to them. Retiring as a First Sergeant at the end of the Clone Wars, Twist went on to found and work his own company, Terraform Construction Incorporated. Since then his company has been successful in the construction of countless civilian dwellings and projects such as schools, hospitals and other aid facilities, as well as a number of generic projects.
