I'd like to congratulate Senator Ryuun and Druckenwell for being at the forefront of progress and being one of the first worlds to register it's intention to build a strong and robust fleet, as permitted under the Capital Ships Act, and your intention to decommission your aggressive vessels. This is an excellent show of obedience to the laws and a wish to live in a Galaxy which is safer for everyone thanks to this obedience. It represents the opening of a new and progressive era, and I'm glad to see you at the forefront of it. I hope I too will be able to mirror your trailblazing attitude during my tenure here.
