Prohibition on Alcohol for Female Humans

| Gentlemen, The evidence shows that female humans are more vulnerable to alcohol than human men. They become intoxicated quicker, and the damage to their brains from prologued use is vastly higher, to me it seems only logical that we should act to protect our wives and daughters and prohibit women from engaging in the consumption of intoxicating liquor. I propose the following regulation be adopted
The Prohibition of Alcohol for Female Humans Act
Definitions: "Female Human" is defined as any Human or Near Human who has both sex determining chromosomes as XX. "Intoxicating liquor" is defined as any substance containing C2 H5 OH, known as Alcohol. Regulation All Female Humans are prohibited from consuming or possessing intoxicating liquor in any liquid or semi-liquid form under any circumstances. Enforcement Supplying alcohol to human females - 10 years hard labour
Possession with intent to supply to human females - 5 years hard labour
Possession by a human female - 2 years hard labour
Attempting, Conspiring or Inciting to supply Alcohol to human females, or Attempting, Conspiring or Inciting female humans to possess alcohol - 1 year hard labour

| Ridiculous, Senator Ordan. Utterly preposterous. Part of being an adult means knowing when to moderate. If a female is over the legal age to drink, let her drink. If it is hazardous to them or they are more susceptible, put out a study. Next you'll be saying human males are more likely to commit adultery than human females and by that, all human males should have a scanner coded to their wife's DNA so they can only copulate with their partner. Druckenwell is against any measure that is a waste of time.

| I believe women are more likely to commit adultery. And as the property of their husbands they should perhaps have some sort of chastity lock. However, I digress. We should protect our women from their ruining and dangerous chemical.

| Look. Senator Star. Get over your personal prejudice against me, for the good of your gender. I am not being chauvinistic. ALL medical evidence says that women are worse effected (especially by long term) alcohol use. I just wish to help women. I love women, I have been married to one for some years. I just seek to protect you from abuse of disgusting chemicals which will hurt you. Genuinely Senators, Millions of women die each year thanks to this chemical, billions more are plunged into poverty by it.. Please vote for this motion and vote to allow our beautiful wives, daughters, nieces and friends to live longer.

| And millions of men die each year from alcohol poisoning. It is not just women, senator, that can not hold their liquor. If you wish to ban alcohol then put it as an act that will ban it for everyone and not just a select group. Of course I would also point out that this measure would do extreme harm to many of the empire's businesses who manufacture, transport, distribute, and sell alcoholic beverages. We should be trying to encourage economic growth not trying to create unemployment.

| "What is right Senator Ordan, is that this bill whose chauvinistic principals would attempt to further exclude women from many events. While in your own mind, undoubtedly, you think this is the right thing to do it would be sending the wrong message to the citizens of the empire especially the -human- citizens in this case that the empire would be treating alien rights above their own. | Women do not need you, Senator Ordan, to protect them. We are not helpless little creatures. I must agree with other senators that this is a waste of our time and of my breath to say this. Women do not get intoxicated easier than men because they are women. It has to do with alcohol intake and body mass. The less a person’s mass the less alcohol they will need to intake before feeling its full effects. And to say you are protecting woman is a bunch of bull. I have never seen a woman rolling around on a bathroom floor in their own bodily fluids, singing ‘I am a little teapot’ however I have seen men do exactly that or other similarly disgusting things. Perhaps we should prohibit males from drinking alcohol, as there are more many more examples of them acting stupid and violent because of it. Again it has nothing to do with the size of a person’s brain and any medical professional will attest to that, if they say anything else they are a quack and should have their medical license pulled. And if you didn't get it from what I said, I vote AGAINST this act.
