As some may be aware, for many years, twelve to be exact, Deralia has been absent of its monarch, despite having a constitutional monarchy in place as its government. The Clone Wars necessitated this odd arrangement, with a council of five individuals running the government, fittingly named the War Council. We, unfortunately had a Seperatist element grow within our government which halted the attempted to install the hair apparent, Julius Aurelius. It is of this evening that I am proud to announce that the final pieces of resistance to the coronation have given in.

I am pleased to announce the coronation of Julius Aurelius, as His Majesty Deralius the Ninteenth of Deralia and Deralian Dominions, King, Archdulke of Capricorn, Archduke of Antarea, Archduke of Hana, Knight Commander of the Noble Order of the Griffon, Sovereign of the Honorable Order of the Deralian Dominion, Sovereign of the Royal Aurelian Order, Sovereign of the Distinguished Order of Power, Sovereign of the Distinguished Order of Virtue, Sovereign of the Seraphin, , Sovereign of the Tyche, Sovereign of the Talisman, Sovereign of the Aphrosia, Sovereign of the Distinguished Service Order, Sovereign of the Order of Merit, Sovereign of the Order of the Companions of Honor. For a few days, due to this event and relevant celebrations, I will be returning to my homeworld. At the beginning of the next week, I will return to Coruscant, where I will submit a major defense bill and the King to the Senate.

Viceroy Titus Veritas, House Veritas
Consul of the House of Lords

Former Senator of Deralia and the Tammuz Sector (50 BBY - 30 BBY, 18 BBY - 10 BBY)
Former Chairman of the Imperial Senate Defense Committee (18 BBY - 10 BBY)

I rise in objection to the terms "Most Noble Order of the Griffon," "Most Honorable Order of the Deralian Dominion," and "Most Distinguished Order of Power." Does the Senator mean to suggest that these are more noble, honorable, and distinguished than His Majesty, Emperor Palpatine, and his Empire? I would suggest, Senators, that terms of this sort—"Most Noble," "Most Honorable," "Most Distinguished"—are demeaning to His Majesty and should have no place in the law of an Imperial world unless they do, in fact, refer to the Emperor or the Empire.

By no means, Senator Cambrist. The bodies you refer to are Deralian Orders of Chivalry. The House of Lords on Deralia is currently looking at the names of the Orders of Chivalry however, now that a regent is in place, to determine if they will change the names of these Orders. Considering Deralia's standing pro-Imperial background, I believe you will find their ultimate decision agreeable. Until they act, however, our hands are tied. While I am back on my homeworld, I will do what I can to speed up the process.

I thank you for that assurance, Senator, and indeed I do not question your world's dedication to the Empire. However, as you are addressing the Senate and as there is present in the Senate a representative of His Majesty, will you agree to omit the words "most" from your statement for the time being?

Vjun takes issue with the word sovereign being used. This "King" you wish to put in office is not "sovereign" in any sense. Our only Sovereign is his Imperial Majesty himself, and I am quite sure that he does not approve of other petty nobility in fairly insignificant outlying worlds seeking to claim such an honour for themselves.

May I also be the first to congratulate Senator Veritas on his apparent cosmetic surgery and discovery of the joys of a razor blade.
