The force is a myth, a fairytale passed around the credulous by the Jedi to explain their "powers" which were nothing more than showmanship, slight of hand and other tricks fit for a party conjourer. The idea that they could actually manipulate objects with their mind is ridiculous. Does Senator Ray really suggest he believes that such smoke and mirrors were real? The Jedi were nothing more than martial arts obsessed pederastic party magicians.
I vote in favour of this bill. But I add that it does not go nearly far enough, the force is a myth and should not be taught as a fact. I have never seen "the force" nor any scientific evidence for it, and until I do I will not believe it exists.
