My point is made, I daresay.
But while I understand Senator Kirkwood's position (as well as it's possible to understand it) and I don't expect an answer from him, I do expect an answer from Senator Ray, it having been pointed out to him that he's voted based on a misunderstanding of this bill. I hope that he corrects this, but if not I don't see how his vote can be counted since his reasons for it are neither for nor against the measure I've proposed.
