| Good evening, members of the Senate!!!!
Today, I came bearing an announcement that the Government of Acherin has decided that enough is enough and the time for action is now!!! With so much potential on Acherin, those in a place of power cannot give this up!!! As many of you know, Acherin recently took in the Aeeq stragglers that were homeless!!! We have taken them in, given them the basic needs to survive and it has worked out tremendously!!! As we speak, over 500,000 Aeeq now live, work, and have better lives on Acherin!!!! Acherin itself has turned and prosper, with the growth of the economy, as well as adding to the population of Acherin!!! Today I reach out to you, my loyal comrades of the Galactic Empire to help us reach our goals of populating Acherin to a number that will bring reputation to Acherin!!! The planet is ready, and Acherini citizens seek for it too!!!! Should any of you be interested in this program, do please contact me to hammer out what is expected!!!!

| I am not sure I follow you, Governor-General. Are you inviting people from other planets to leave their homes and help populate Acherin, or requesting that we send you people to push the numbers of your population?
As always, Chandrilans are free to leave and settle where they would like, but I would never ask them to go no matter what the need is. Does that make sense?

| An Axum-based business venture has been created to manage the many migrants from the Core who may wish to settle on Alsakan. As a perpetual and benevolent friend of Emigration, I see it as the least I can do to help cut the levels of surplus population on our most crowded worlds. While I do not wish to speak as if in advertisement of the company in question, I have taken a personal role in assuring that all those selected to colonize Acherin are subject to medical tests and given free passage to that world.
A ship will leave twice monthly from Imperial Center, travelling via Alsakan, Grizmallt, Anaxes, Corulag, Brentaal, Rhinnal and Ralltiir before plying a swift route through the spacelanes to Acherin; carrying in excess of 60,000 Imperial Citizens a month to new lives in the Expansion Region on the border of Wild Space where they might prosper as their predecessors did in the foundation of the society in which we live today. Truly these are the pioneers of a new frontier for this great Galactic Empire. There is a diverse economy on Acherin that will be boosted with a regular inflow of new colonists and I feel comfortable to say that it's settlement will serve to benefit both the Galactic Empire and Acherin itself, as well as the region more generally.
I think furthermore, it is worth noting that Acherin ought to be lauded for calling on the private enterprise of this Empire to supply it with new colonists; realizing the investment that they represent in it's future and not coming begging, cap in hand, to the Empire for money to fund their resettlement project (as indeed I would expect from most Rimward Worlds). I hope to see Acherin continue to be a beacon of the Core Worlds ethos and values with this new wave of settlement, and salute each and every one of these brave men and women who seek to find their fortunes among the stars.

I can't help but wonder what your own people feel about the what, 500,000 Aeeqi refugees, now presumably to be followed by another rush of outsiders.
Are you seeking Coreworlders to redress the balance of the situation and bring in more Imperial Loyalists perhaps?
I'm just curious because I understand you're a growing world, but surely this rate of expansion must be causing some discomfort?

| I'm also interested in the answer to that question. But either way, Eriadu has a large population of undesirables, but under an ancient Seswenna Sector-wide treaty they can't be deprived of property without the government guaranteeing them "compensatory accommodation." That is, a place to live. Would these be possible candidates for your program, Governor Tu'rot? These undesirables can be made productive members of society, but not at the expense of jobs, land, and taxpayer benefits for Eriadu's human population.

| Let me say this!! There is a WHOLE planet, ready to accommodate a growth!!! Aeeq when they arrived, granted it took time to process them through, but needless to say we got it done!!! Aeeq serve in the government, Acherin's military, and other jobs that needed filling!!! A planet with only 2 million people isn't enough!!! We need more!!! Yes, they are ready, yes the planet has un-discovered resources that need to be discovered!!! Discomfort?! Nonsense!!! The planet is ready!!! Acherin's people want to prosper, this is how they will!!!
As for you Governor Oswaldt, if place of living is what it requires, we can do that!!!! I'll even do you one better and provide transportation these candidates myself!!! When I started this program, I did it as a volunteer basis only!!! No one HAS to do anything!
