| Dear Senator Fitzgerald,
You do not know me, but my name is Anaelyse Stark. I am formerly an aide of Artemis Vanden of Naboo, and lived there my entire life until recently when I married and moved to Lorrd. You are a very important figure in the Galactic Senate, Senator Fitzgerald, and I am writing to implore you to offer a stance of support for my new home and her people during the conflict that has arisen in recent days.
Before I go further, however, I do want you to know that no one has asked me to speak to you. Your reputation as a humanitarian and a man who stands for the rights of people precedes you. Senator Vanden has spoken highly of you, despite any disagreements that you might have had in the past. I can trust a man that he speaks of as such.
I am sure that senseless acts of violence are something that you cannot and will not stand for. Our people, my new home, could use your backing in the senate, if not more, if further attacks are carried out. The question is, Senator, will you help? I am not asking as a politician, but as a wife, a mother, and a woman truly concerned for the future of this planet.

| Dear Anaelyse,
I'm pleased to see that someone remembers me. I've busied myself on Ralltiir for some time now, disgusted with Senate politics. But nonetheless, I've followed events on Lorrd and I am sympathetic to you and your world, as are the people of Ralltiir. This is clearly some sort of colonialist fundraising escapade for the Auril Sector—my suspicion is that Lorrd was chosen randomly as Mr. Cynum's target, since his peace treaty with the Cronese Mandate has left him without a foe to justify his military expenses and authority.
I've stood consistently in the Senate for the right of planets to self defense, and to provide them with the funds and forces they need to defend themselves. Ralltiir is also the premier banking world of the Core, and I will do what I can, Mrs. Stark, to convince lenders in Cambrielle that Lorrd is an acceptable risk. I'm confident that an emergency loan of 2 to 3 billion credits can be made to Lorrd considering that such loans are, by law, insured by the Imperial Bank for up to 100% of their value. I hope that this will help your world muster what it needs to defend itself so that you, your family, and your people are safe.

Please do call me Ana. I can understand your distaste for what has been going on in the Senate. You are not the only one that it bothers, I assure you. While I am not a prominent political figure, and never will be, I do have a degree in political science and follow the goings on quite closely. I am sure that you have allies in the senate, do you not?
That aside, I will let my husband and Senator Lekpin know of your efforts and one of them will contact you directly, I imagine. I hope that they will not be cross with me for seeking help, but both of them (along with the other ruling houses, I imagine) are quite busy and this is the only thing that I could think of to do to help. I very much appreciate your kindness and consideration, and I know that the people of Lorrd will as well.
I also appreciate your offer of the use of your ship. I am fine here, for now, though. The Kinyov province and Castle Stark are quite well defended, but I will keep the offer in mind in case the situation worsens. Artemis would like me to leave also, but I feel that I am more needed here at the moment. Hopefully this conflict will be over before we know it.
