| One failure could be understandable, a single problem going wrong and that would explain it all. A second failure was more questionable, it should have ended there, yet it was the third failure that caused concern and the reaction it had. The CSF had been informed that an Imperial Operative was being sent in, being assigned to deal with the previous failures that had been developed in the attempted capturing of the Jedi Fugitive that remained at large on Imperial Center. It wasnt often that Kulan was sent to do a job, yet when he was, it was usually for a good reason, one that meant the Emperor wanted something done. Kulan was there to act as the Emperor's voice, as well as fist in the matter.
Kulan had arrived at the CSF office in the earliest hours when it was still dark, the best time for a Shadow Guard to travel. It was rare for anyone to see a Shadow Guard, and it was for a good reason. He was waiting for the Detective that he had been assigned, to arrive at the CSF office. His heavy black cloak keeping his form hidden beneath it as he kept the lightsaber pike close to him. He took the normal stance of the Emperor's guard, still and silent as he waited, a form of shadow standing in the room.

| The harsh sunlight seeped in through the studio apartment's closed blinds, alerting the tenant of the dawn. Yawning, Zack forced himself out of bed, his legs accidentally kicking over the open bottle of scotch he'd left at his bedside. "Shit," he muttered, rubbing his fingers along his temples in some vain attempt to rid himself of the awful headache drilling away at him. The chrono on his nightstand read 7:30; but to him it felt more like he was waking at some ungodly hour of the morning. Such was his life; the glorious, underpaid monotony that was a life of public service.
He groaned mightily as he forced himself out of bed, stopping to slip on his bathrobe as he made his way to the bathroom. The automated coffee machine was already at work, the rich scent of discounted java filling the apartment with a beautiful aroma. A quick shower and shave was all he needed, though he paused in front of his mirror for a moment as he examined his weathered features disappointingly. "Shiiit..." he muttered again; the bags under his eyes seemed to have grown overnight. He didn't remember being so pale...
As he poured himself a cup of coffee (being sure to mix it with the tiny bit of leftover scotch he still had), Zack noticed the beeping of his answering machine. One missed call, one voice message.
"Zack, it's Sarah. I was just calling to remind you that you have an alimony payment due next week, figured you'd want to know that ahead of time. You can just make the payment to my account, though if you want to bring it by, I'm sure Lucy wouldn't mind. By the way, her birthday is next weekend, she wants one of those remote-control kath hounds you can pick up pretty much anywhere. We blow out the candles at 8, don't be late this time, okay?"
"... Shit."
A few moments later and he was out the door, absentmindedly checking the holster strapped to his side and feeling the reassuring bulge of his blaster. He bade good morning to the doorman, stopping to tip him a credit chit before heading out to his speeder. Thankfully, his shift didn't start until 8:30, even with traffic he had a good thirty minutes until he had to be at the station. Apparently he was supposed to start work on a new case today, working under some Imperial bigwig that Taynor had been rather hush-hush about. Still, isn't that the break he'd been waiting for? A chance to stop chasing the occasional rapist and actually do something that mattered?
The traffic had been worse than he thought, but he just managed to make it to the station a few minutes before his shift officially started. Making his usual morning rounds as always, he finally found time to head to his office. The black-clad figure within caught him off guard, had he not had both hands around his coffee, he'd have reached for his blaster. Steadying himself, Zack eyed the man up and down. "Mornin'."

| Kulan had his back to the door, while many would have a problem doing this and wanting to keep their eye on the door, this one was sure footed enough that he didnt need to worry about it. The moment he head the voice fill the room his free hand came up to motion that he would be with him in a moment. His other hand seemed to be holding something in it, a small round holoprojector, the image of what looked like a shadowy figure was visible before Kulan moved enough to keep the image out of sight. It wasnt too much longer until Kulan nodded his head, his own voice filling the room. "Yes My Lord." Seconds later the holoimage disappeared from the projector before he slid his hand under the large robes and placed the item in a pouch at his hip. Kulan slowly turned, the black cloaks keeping him covered as he held a lightsaber pike against him, the red visor opposite of what one would see with the Emperor's Royal Guard.
His free hand not holding his weapon came down as he pushed a few files on the desk aside, looking at the few cases that were there as he looked at them before he looked up. His focus was on the door for a moment before it slowly shut closed, the blinds in the room already being drawn as he looked to the detective. "You've been aside to this case. The Emperor has had enough failures in the attempts to capture this fugitive Jedi on Imperial Center. If you do well, the Empire will reward you well." Kulan slowly walked around the desk as he brought his hand up, pushing one of the blinds down to look out into the office to see those at work behind their desk before he turned back around to focus on the CSF detective. "What is your name Detective."

| Well, he certainly was a cheery fellow. Not two minutes into his shift and he was already straight to business. As the man started rearranging his office (without asking, which he found quite rude), Tuesti figured he'd play the inferiority card and offered the man a handshake. "Zack Tuesti, pleasure to meet you Mister...?" To say little of the man's strange choice in attire, even a guy like Zack believed in the value of a good introduction. Still, best not to anger the man who favored black, black clothing generally meant "badass" or "stick-up-his-ass"... sometimes both. Whether or not Kulan accepted the simple gesture, Tuesti still maneuvered around his desk and plopped down in the office chair with a loud creak. Sipping idly at his coffee, he suddenly realized how rude he'd been and offered the half-full cup to the masked man.

| Kulan wasnt one for shaking hands, it often wasnt something done in the Shadow Guard, yet he did it just to appease the man. The moment he was offered the coffee he shook his head, showing he wasnt thirsty, or didnt want the drink. "Detective Tuesti, am I correct in inquiring that you've heard about the Jedi fugitive that has been lose on this world. That is why you've been assigned to me. You may have a problem with the operatives sent in by the Emperor, yet I want nothing more than to be finished with this and go home, just as much as you do, or maybe you're as interested in this as anyone else, I wouldnt blame you, a chance like this comes once in a life time. A recommendation from an Emperor's operative can also carry a lot of weight, and could make people impressed with your work."
He had already made his way back to the desk, having spent a few good minutes in the office before the Detective came in. "How much experience do you have in the under levels."

| As he listened to the (still-unnamed) man's speech, he did his best to pay attention, though the weariness and the hangover were still ringing in his head. Still, best to try his damndest to listen intently, and so he did. A recommendation from the Emperor, while prestigious, was something that had never really crossed his mind, to be quite honest. To him, just doing the job was enough; though he would admit (if pressed) that there were plenty of times he found himself second-guessing his choice in careers. The life of a detective was a hard and lonely one; oftentimes they spent several years of their lives chasing a single suspect - and if they were successful they maybe managed to save a few people at most. Maybe.
The window of the office's door was the only one that didn't have blinds; and thus when Garik Taynor walked by and cast a quizzical glance in the guardsman's direction, Zack had to fight back a chuckle. It was very much a "I'm looking at roadkill" kind of glare, with the corner of the old man's tongue hanging loosely from an agape mouth, before Garik wizened up and quickly shuffled past the door. Kulan's question drew him back into the conversation, and as Zack held out a hand and offered the black-cloaked baddy a seat, he tapped his chin in quiet contemplation. "I've been down there a few times, nothing recent - but I guess you can say I know my way around."

| Kulan nodded as he listened to the answer given as he nodded for a moment. When the detective finished speaking Kulan looked to him before a loud beeping filled the room. His hand reaching into the heavy robes before he pulled out the small holoprojector and turned his back to the detective as he nodded his head again, obviously speaking with someone on the other side as he continued to nod his head, rather it seemed like he was being given orders, only finishing as he slid the item back under his robes and into its place. When he finished he turned to look to the Detective again before he spoke. "I will expect you to be on time to this location, the last known area before the stormtroopers chasing the Jedi where incapacitated." He set down a small piece of paper with the location on it before he turned to the door. His hand coming up as it slowly opened on its own before he stepped forward.
"Do not fail the Emperor Detective." Kulan spoke a single last line before he left the office, a few steps after and he was gone from the building. There would be no doubt that he was already on his own way to the area where the Jedi had last been seen in the under levels, a place that was much darker, one where a Shadow Guard was truly at home in the darkness.

| He watched the guardsman's rather stylish exit, his lips pursing in a wry grin as he took a moment to appreciate it. So far the extent of their working relationship was rather one-sided, a detective and a cryptically (and unnecessarily) mysterious black-clad crusader of aborted justice. Still, he was happy to have made it through the brief meeting without being strangled; and as he eyed the bit of paper with a bemused glance, he couldn't help but feel a small twang of "what the hell have I gotten myself into" in the pit of his stomach. The last line, especially, had struck a nerve. A few moments after Kulan had taken his leave, Zack finally muttered something. "Huh, I can't fail. Really? This Inquisitor has apparently failed three times now, yet I don't see his head on a stake." Still, there was a few hours to go until he was ordered to report back to Kulan, so he took a moment to finish his coffee and gather up the preliminary files on his newest case.

| Kulan in the mean time had his own problems to deal with as he had left the building. Outside waiting for him was a private speeder as he slid into the back, the driver being a droid that would be wiped to ensure that no information could be found. Kulan was already heading towards the last known location of the Jedi fugitive, the under levels where the two stormtroopers had been injured and lost the Jedi. It wasnt much of a start, yet it was better than anything else they had at the moment. He was sent in to deal with this because the Emperor was displeased, the Shadow Guards didnt have much to do other than training and keeping their eyes on the Imperial Palace, yet it was rare times like these that one was selected and sent out, and this time it happened to be Kulan. As the speeder came to a stop Kulan slid out of the back, the droid knowing not to ask for any kind of payment as a routine program began to run, causing the droid to drive off to the proper location where it would be wiped of all information.
Kulan on the other hand had to focus on what was to come, and what was here and then. As he approached the alley way the two stormtroopers spoke of, he pulled his robes off, the pitch black armor plates below showing now as he folded the robes neatly before he set them in a compartment that was pressed against his back under the back plate of his armor. The robes sliding in easily when folded properly as he began to look around. The tell tell sign of the engagement being the two imprints that the stormtroopers left against the wall after they had been pushed back by the Jedi.

| Navigating the Underlevels of Imperial Center was a task many didn't seem cut out for. A labyrinthine network of dark alleys, unscrupulous citizenry and imposing skyscrapers blotting out the sun; traversing such an untamed wilderness was not a task for the faint of heart. Zack had been down here on numerous occasions, not always on business. Certain items that were far too expensive for a Detective's pittance could be found at a much lower price on the black market. Namely, the pills he'd been popping as he leisurely drove his speeder towards the crime scene.
Kulan was already there, and it seemed he had been for a while. While he noticed the walking kettle's conspicuous lack of cloak, he said nothing as he ambled over to his new partner. His eyes surveyed the wall of the alleyway (which was basically just a wall, at this point, CSF had concluded their preliminary investigation already and all evidence had been accounted for) in mock interest, waiting for Kulan to finish doing... whatever it is he was doing.

| Kulan looked over the small dents on the wall before he stood up as he looked down the alley way and slowly walked towards the other end. He stopped as he stood on the other side before he turned and looked down the alley straight at the young detective. His hand coming up before a couple of the trashed barrels near him where thrown into the wall before Kulan spoke up. "This is where the Jedi was standing, this alley way helped him compress the force push which caused the most damage to the stormtroopers following him." Kulan turned as he looked around the area just on the other side of the alley from where he was standing now. His eyes moving over each building and structure before him as he looked down before he knelled and looked at a foot print that was left behind, his hand resting on the side as he ran his finger along the outer edge just an inch over the print to ensure he didnt disturb it as he stood up.
He looked back to the Detective as he motioned for him to join him. "Was this footprint marked and copied."

| Desperately fighting back a snappy remark; Tuez opted instead to stare into the man's glowing (which he thought was very cool, and not the least bit menacing) visor, lit cigarette hanging loosely from his bottom lip. "... Yeah... that's protocol..." he said between muffled drags, eventually stomping the cherry out and chucking the butt into a nearby dumpster. "We have copies back at Forensics."

| Anubis_Xerxes : The pair would remain hidden for the time being, they had evaded their Imperial pursuers. Now, this was a time of opportunity for the "rogue" clone commando to speak with Kenas of a plan. He kept his preferred weaponry close, in case they had to evade once again. "Jedi, we need a plan getting off Coruscant."
Kenas Annig surveyed the area ahead and behind. The street was lightly populated. Kenas mostly saw non-humans and longed for his hooded cloak. "Yes," he replied. Ahead was a cantina with a few patrons moping around outside. Kenas slowed his pace and came to the side of the street in the shadows beneath the bright neon signs. "I don't have many assets left /c/ Kenas Annig on Coruscant. My name is Kenas Annig." He observed the man before him more thoroughly. He was very curious at the arrival of a clone trooper, grateful as well. Now that they had a chance, he wanted to learn more about the man.
Anubis_Xerxes The clone had done the scanning of the area on his own as well, and followed the Jedi's footsteps in putting himself into the shadows. He continued to look left and right, making sure nobody would recognize them and rat them out to the Imperial authorities. "I don't neither." A firm tone would come out of his mouth, as his hand extended out /c/ Anubis_Xerxes for the official handshake that could have taken place a long ago if they weren't hung up on escaping. "Anubis Xerxes, also designated as Clone Commando 26. Pleased to make your acquaintance."
Kenas Annig did not find himself skeptical of the clone and didn't give his paranoia any more attention. He took Anubis's hand with a smile. "Anubis, okay. How did you end up here?" he asked.
Fᴀнʀɪ leaned back in her chair, looking across at the Sabaac players sitting in the semi circle where she dealt. Smirking knowingly, she watched them glare at their cards before playing them. The Kiffar snickered at the hand the Rodian played. "Mmh, that IS a great set, my green friend." She then laid her cards down. "Not as nice as mine, though." >> Fᴀнʀɪ That was the fifth hand in the row she had hustled, and the three men were none the wiser. The Rodian glared, cursing in his native tongue before throwing his cards at her and angrily stormed away. "Hey, it's a cruel game," she said, raising her hands defensively. When there were no jobs, cheating in card games was her only income.
Anubis_Xerxes The clone chuckled, as he stopped shaking and let go of the Jedi's hand. "Well, I paid a freelancer to give me a charter ride here. The reason I came here is because I heard about a possible sighting of a Jedi. I came here to investigate to see if the rumors were true. Looks like it is."
Kenas Annig narrowed his brow slightly. "You were looking for me?" This raised more questions. It troubled him deeply how much he has already exposed himself. As long as he remained on Coruscant, things would only get progressively worse. His mind briefly drifted to his original purpose to coming to Coruscant. He knew the risks when he first agreed. "Let's /c/00:20:29Kenas Annig head inside," he said, gesturing to the nearby cantina.
Anubis_Xerxes The former clone commando would nod at the Jedi, as he would get into the cantina. Anubis opted to find a dark corner to sit in, not wanting to expose themselves more than they already have. The clone went ahead and sat down on a chair, putting his rifle on the ground before leaning his right hand onto the table. Working with a Jedi made him /c/00:23:41Anubis_Xerxes remember the good old days when the Jedi Knights and clone troopers worked together against the Separatists during the Clone Wars.00:24:58
Kenas Annig followed Anubis.
Fᴀнʀɪ As the players were dwindling and new ones joined in, determined to beat this Kiffar Sabaac genius, things got easier and trickier, all at once. Easier in that, fresh minds were much more susceptible to deception, but trickier in that sharper minds would have a better chance of catching her slight of hand. She glanced up in mid deal, seeing >> Fᴀнʀɪ two men walk in, one with a rifle Fahri immediately coveted.
Anubis_Xerxes The clone looked at Kenas as the Jedi sat down. "No doubt the Imperials put the whole planet into a lockdown mode, so going to a docking bay is probably a bad idea at the moment." He made sure to lower his voice, so nobody else would overhear their conversation.
Kenas Annig was concerned. There was enough ambient noist to conceal their voices. Kenas nodded his head. "It'll always be harder now. I have very few friends left that can help us. Its too risky for them anyway..." Kenas leaned back in his seat and relaxed. He was immediately at peace and calm. "We'll find a way. In the meanwhile, we should leave this /c/ Kenas Annig sector. The further we get from the Palace and the Senate, the better off we'll be."
Anubis_Xerxes The clone nodded, "Fortunately, my specialty is to operate deep behind the enemy lines. I would say you're right in avoiding the Palace and the Senate. There's way too many eyes and security over there. Since we cannot risk your friends, perhaps we should try the more unconventional ways? I mean, they're going to expect a Jedi and a clone to /c/ Anubis_Xerxes be predictable. If we're going to get off Coruscant, we got to think outside the box."
Fᴀнʀɪ Her attention went back to the game she was dealing, and proceeded to play the players. She was a good judge of character, which is exactly what made her such a good hustler. Being able to anticipate player's moves. Once again, she won the hand, and leaned back victoriously. "You cheat," the Gran across from her said in a grizzled voice, >> Fᴀнʀɪ grasping his tumbler full of liquor and downing it before throwing it behind him and standing. "I demand my credits back." Fahri, cool and calm as ever, smirked, leaning one arm over the back of her chair. "'Fraid not, three-eyes. I don't do refunds." Of course, she DID cheat, but he had no idea if she had or not. He growled loudly and threw the >> Fᴀнʀɪ table across the room, causing much of the club to come to a stand still. The Gran then pulled out a compact blaster and pointed it squarely at the Kiffar.
Kenas Annig "Excellent," he grinned. "Then you know the deal. I had wanted to ask you about..." he paused mid-sentence as his attention was shaken. His gaze shifted from Anubis towards an incoming object hurled in their direction. The tabled crashed just short of them, colliding with another table patrons. He looked across the room seeing a man a Gran with /c/ Kenas Annig blaster pointed at a female. In the next moments following, angry grumbling came from the aliens who rose painfully to their feet. His eyes caught notice of their blasters and suddenly felt very unease. "I don't like this," he said to Anubis. He had a good feeling things were about to get out of control. Hopefully, no one had to die.
Anubis_Xerxes Anubis was listening to the Jedi when something had broken up their conversation. The clone immediately turned to look at a Gran pointing a blaster at a female. He would let out a light sigh, not this again. Anubis knew if they intervene, they would give off their location. The clone studied whether he should pull out his pistol or not, and /c/ Anubis_Xerxes thought up of an idea. The man slowly sneak up to the Gran, and gently put the pistol on the non-Human from behind. "On authority of His Majesty, I ask you kindly relinquish your weapon over to me." He was acting like an off-duty stormtrooper, hoping his cover would hold up.
Fᴀнʀɪ shook her head. The woman didn't feel all that threatened, as the humanoid's grip on his blaster was shaky at best, and his aim was about as straight as the politicians on this planet. She glanced around, noticing all eyes were on her and the Gran's itchy trigger finger. She wouldn't lie, she loved the attention. Playing with a blonde dreadlock >> Fᴀнʀɪ while her free hand snuck behind her to grab her own blaster, she looked back at him as he spoke again. "You dirty Kiffar half breed. Your kind is the muck of this galaxy. My clan once had a presense in the SENATE! What do YOU have? A planet full of dirt and grass and cave men." Fahri rose a hand to silent him, an amused look on her >> Fᴀнʀɪ face as she watched Anubis sneak up behind him. "Wipe that smile off you face, y--" The Gran felt the man grasp him from behind and in his drunken state, was in no position to compete with Anubis physically, though he did try.
Kenas Annig followed Anubis's suit. He left the table and stayed off to the side while Anubis handled the situation. He kept his eye on the other patrons whom at first reached for their weapons. Now, to hestiate - not knowing whether to engage the Gran and Anubis or back-down. One looked at Kenas's, curious of whether the Jedi was a threat as well. /c/ Kenas Annig Kenas didn't look away from the stare. His penetrative, dark eyes remained motionless on the alien's until finally they all back down. He turned back to Anubis and Fahri. The Gran seemed to have some courage left despite Anubis's warning. At least they wouldn't be shot in the back.
Anubis_Xerxes It's perfectly understandable for a drunk guy to try and man up. They weren't thinking straight. However, this didn't leave Anubis much choice. He used his free hand to disarm the Gran of the pistol and wrap it around the back tightly. "You're under arrest." Anubis spoke to the drunked Gran, and turned his head to look at Kenas. "Uh, Inquisitor, /c Anubis_Xerxes would you kindly please get my rifle?" He spoke to the Jedi, as if he was an Inquisitor. This would give patrons valid enough reason to back down. "We have to get this guy downtown right away." Moving the Gran toward the exit, hoping that the "Inquisitor" would follow by.
Kenas Annig glanced immediately to Anubis and nearly scoffed at the mention of the inquisitor. "You're in for it now, my drunk little friend," he said, utilzing his natural Coruscanti accent. He added a touch on that condescending tone many Imperials seemed to have. Kenas held up Anubis's blaster rifle and then followed him out of the cantina. /c/ Kenas Annig Now that they were clear, Kenas said. "Nice work, diffusing that situation," he said.
Fᴀнʀɪ smirked lopsidedly, crossing one of her legs over the other in an obviously victorious pose. She looked over to where the man who apprehended her attacker was sitting, and glanced at his companion candidly. Secrets always interested her way more than they should. As she watched the two men, she knew innately as soon as they left, she could be >> Fᴀнʀɪ following them. They were the first interesting people she'd come across in weeks.
Anubis_Xerxes Once they got out of the cantina, the clone couldn't help but laugh a little bit at Jedi's condescending tone. He'd continue escorting the Gran for a bit before reaching a nearby alleyway. The clone then used the pistol to hit the Gran in the back of his head, rendering him out cold. Thereafter, dumping him into a large and nearby garbage bin. /c/ Anubis_Xerxes Putting the pistol back into a holster, grabbing the rifle from the Jedi. "Now what?"
Fᴀнʀɪ When they exited, she gathered her things and quickly followed after the two. Her expertise, besides being a great tracker, laid in stealth. So, the girl wasn't worried about staying out of sight, as it was her strong point. Watching the two of them, she snickered as the one in full armor knocked the Gran out and stuffed him into an alleyway. >> Fᴀнʀɪ It reminded her of something she would do herself.
Kenas Annig nodded his head. "Well, no use in checking him for anything valuable. I think that woman cleaned him out," he said. He sighed deeply since he didn't get his horstberry cider. Kenas stepped back into the street and continued onward. Further beyond maybe they would find a means to leave this district for another in the underlevels.
Anubis_Xerxes Anubis nodded at Kenas, as he simply walked with the Jedi down the streets. He hoped there would be a way to get off the planet, from the underlevels. "It may sound crazy, but maybe someone shady has a way of getting us off Coruscant."
Kenas Annig "Shady individuals will as likely turn us in for the bounty on Jedi. That's another element we must be weary of if we'll be travelling together: routinely dealing with assassins and bounty hunters." He detested bounty hunters, scum who have no value for life what so ever. He knew he was broad brushing, but didn't care. Kenas walked silently for a moment until a thought came back to him. "Actually, I wanted to know. You came to Coruscant looking for a Jedi? Why?"
Anubis_Xerxes The clone would agree with Kenas, but sometimes there aren't options they want to have and had to take a different path. "Yes, you're correct. I'm just throwing out ideas here. Remember, we got to think outside the box." He'd keep his eyes open for any possible Imperial patrols. Then Kenas asked him the ultimate question, it sounded like they /c/ Anubis_Xerxes needed to take a moment to talk. The clone would turn to yet another nearby alleyway, looking at the Jedi. "Because I consider the Jedi allies, especially since the day they executed Order 66. I disregarded that order, my squad didn't. I helped a Jedi fend them off. Then while we were trying to escape, this Jedi sacrifice his life so I could /c/ Anubis_Xerxes escape. From that point on, I promise myself to return the debt by saving as many Jedi as I can."
Fᴀнʀɪ tried to listen in on what they were saying but couldn't quite hear it all. Something about needing a way off Coruscant. Her ears perked up at that. Walking towards them casually, she stopped dead in front of them, looking the both squarely in the face with an almost unreadably smug expression. "I'm sorry, I couldn't help over hearing you two." >>
Kenas Annig nodded his head. "You have a strong sense of duty. I-" he paused when accosted by the young lady. Kenas immediately recongized her from the cantina.
Fᴀнʀɪ She slid her hands into the back pockets of her fitted dark brown flight pants. Her smug grin widened a little. "Kiffar ears," she said, pointing to the side of her head. "Thanks for the assist back there, by the way," she said, glancing from Anubis to Kenas. Fᴀнʀɪ raised a hand in defense towards them. "Let me assure you, I have no interest in bagging you up and taking you in for the bounty," she said, glancing at Kenas, "And taking you too, for aiding him, and I'll tell you why. You need a ride? I can do that. For a fee."
Anubis_Xerxes Anubis was waiting for the Jedi's repsonse when the very same woman from the Cantina came upon them. He nodded, "It's no problem." Then that was the moment the lady offered to give them a ride. Anubis raised his eyebrows and looked at Kenas, then back to the lady. "How much of a fee? Besides, even if you can give us a ride, we still have no way /c/ Anubis_Xerxes of getting to the surface in order to get off the planet."
Kenas Annig wasn't concerned about money since he had recieved large funds from a very sympathetic senator. "Not just that, but security has increased exponentially - you're saying you can smuggle us through?"
Fᴀнʀɪ slowly grinned. "Correction: you 'had' no way." She glanced over the both of them, judging their sizes. She then looked to Kenas, as if he had just stolen her thought. "That's exactly what I'm saying. I have a crate that will fit the both of you just perfectly. That is, if you don't mind sharing it with packages of freeze dried food." She then >> Fᴀнʀɪ switched her position and crossed her arms underneath her bust. "...I'm going to kick myself in the head giving you this price but...350,000 credits a head. Keep in mind, COMBINED, I'm getting less than what I could get for turning you in," she said, looking pointedly at Kenas. Though, there was no anger in her eyes, as she was neutral on the >> Fᴀнʀɪ whole Order 66 ordeal, anyway.
Anubis_Xerxes The clone would let out a sigh, "350,000 a head. That's pretty a lot, but that's fair considering your occupation." He crossed his arms, leaning against the wall. Anubis had to figure out how they would get that kind of money. "Alright, our ride off planet's covered. The problem is getting to your ride."
Kenas Annig narrowed his brow as the thought about it a moment. From his recollection, the price for a live Jedi was 1,000,000 credits and a dead one half. She was indeed getting less than what she could get if she could deliver Kenas alive. She'd make more profit aiding him than killing him anyway. Kenas preferred that she valued the 200k credits and would help them.
Fᴀнʀɪ "Let me handle that," she said. "I'm supposed to be picking up the crate tonight anyway. We'll stuff you two inside and I'll hover you two up towards the surface. The troopers won't waste their time searching it, since any bounty hunter in their right mind wouldn't give up a million credits," she said, smirking in spite of herself.
Anubis_Xerxes Anubis would look at the lady, is it wise to trust in a bounty hunter? He isn't sure, but the option she provided is probably better than the ones they could explore later on. "Until then, we'd better avoid the patrols. We don't want to make this any tougher all three of us than it already is."
Good judgement comes from bad experience, a lot of that comes from bad judgement.
