| The light freighter was in hyperspace. The kidnapping of Amneris would be seen on the HoloNet, as well as his declaration for war against the Empire. Everything must be shocking for Amneris, considering she hadn't said anything on the entire trip. Even when they made a pit stop at one of the Libs' DP20s so he could make the announcement. He made sure she was properly taken care of.
The rebel made a brief stop at a backwater planet where he would buy her a set of clothes. He even made sure his salky gets along with her puppy. They were approaching the haven for all those who dare oppose the Emperor. The time for talk won't come later. Once they reached Felucia, he is going to be extremely busy organizing the fight against the Empire. They would have to talk at this moment.
Tremaine would prepare Amneris a couple of Bantha burgers with fries. Then bring the plate over to the main galley. Upon entering the room, he'd set the plate on the gaming table. "Your dinner's ready." He had brought a plate of his own, with the same types of food. The Telosian proceeded to sit down and began taking a bite.

| She was sitting in the main galley with Finn, who was playing on the floor. Amneris was in a chair with her legs curled up beneath her. He was right, she hasn't really said anything, nor had she eaten anything since he took her off of Chandaar. There hadnt been a reason to yet. Her gaze went to him when he entered the room and sat a plate in front of her. "I am sorry.....what is this?" She asked, her first words in days. It was a legitimate question, as she had never eaten anything like that before.
Tentatively, Amneris tried a fry and smiled only the tiniest of bits. "Well, that part was good at least." She said softly before she finished the rest of the one fry.
"You look better without of the scruff." Amneris admitted to him. "And handsome in your uniform."

| Tremaine raised his eyebrows, "Don't tell me you haven't tried Bantha burgers with fries? Go ahead. It's really good." Tremaine took another bite out of one of the burgers. "It originated from Tatooine." He would look at Amneris silently for a moment, before speaking. "Really? Better without the beard? Handsome?" Tremaine smiled slightly, "Thanks. I'll admit I was beginning to scratch my beard frequently."

| "It was kind of gross, Mr. Fowlkes." She told him, regarding the beard. Her gaze stayed on him. "Uniforms make a man...something special, I think." Amneris said quietly as she tried another fry. Zarc had been a soldier in the Clone Wars. Though she had never seen him in uniform, not for lack of trying because she looked and looked for holos, she imagined that he was quite attractive.
"But yes, much better."

| Tremaine would chuckle when she said his beard was gross. The rebel winked at her, "It was one of several looks I had to try during the time I hid my face away from the public." He went and took a couple bites before speaking the usual Telosian accent. "It's not the uniform. Though, it can make a man much more and much less if you define a man based on uniforms. I like to think that an unwavering sense of duty is what made us all...appealing."

| Amneris shook her head. "I think that you misunderstood me, sir." She said quietly before she tried another bite of the dinner he had fixed. It wasn't that Amneris didn't want to explain, it was that she wasn't sure how to explain how she felt. She wasn't used to talking about such things.
"Anyway. How long am I to be staying with you before I can go home? And if I am staying...please tell me where we are going at least."

| "You can go home anytime you want. Right now, they think I kidnapped you. If you uh escape my capture, you're going to be able to get back in without any trouble." Tremaine took a more serious stance at the moment. "However, I would like for you to travel with me for a bit. I would like an opportunity to convince you that the galaxy needs a new government to supplant the Empire. Surely, you remember what democracy and freedom felt like."

| She watched him as he spoke and then sighed as she looked down at her hands in her lap. "No, I know nothing about those things." She said referring to democracy and freedom. He obviously did my know how she was raised, and then lived when she was married.
"I am not sure that I have a choice in the matter as to whether I stay or not. It's not like I can just step out and walk home."

| "Fine, how about this? I'll bring you to the headquarters. If you don't like the place, and I fail to convince you, you can go home. Deal?" He'd look into Amneris' eyes, trying to study her. The Telosian was making a risky move, but he believed it'll pay off in the end. He doesn't believe that Amneris was raised in world of choices. Perhaps giving her one will make her think twice.

| The woman leaned back in her seat and let out a heavy sigh. "Fine." She was convinced already that she had been an will continue to be a burden to the former senator. Amneris was unused to having choices that extended beyond choosing place settings and flatware for the supper table.
"Fine, but you have to promise to let me go the second you realize that I am just getting in your way."

| Tremaine nodded at Amneris, "It's a deal." He'd extended his hand for her to shake on. He was going to keep his words so Amneris can trust him and prove that the Empire has the delusions of truly controlling one's rights.

| Amneris looked at his hand for a moment before she met his gaze again. After a brief hesitation, she took his hand gently, only releasing it a moment later. It was an obvious discomfort on her part when she withdrew hat quickly. "You have t told me where we are going." She commented. That was one of the things that she had asked for.
She also wondered if Zarc knew, or if he was worried. She wanted to at least let him know she was alright, but didn't dare ask Tremaine for that liberty. It was probably too dangerous.

| "The problem with that is, you still don't know whether you're going to be with the rebellion." The Commander-in-Chief told Amneris as he finished off the burgers and fries. "Until then, I can't really tell you where we're going. Just that we're going to the Libs' Headquarters." He may seem paranoid, but the Empire will do just about anything to destroy freedom and democracy. That can happen as simple as letting a non-affiliated person know the location.
Tremaine proceeded to get up and headed for the cockpit. "We're almost there." He spoke with a firm tone, as he entered the cockpit. "Corrections: We're here. Strap yourself in!" The Telosian punched and the light freighter dropped out of hyperspace in the orbit of Felucia.

| Amneris walked away from him and buckled herself into a seat for landing. She had pretty much already decided she wanted to go home. She would at least hear him out as she promised. If nothing else, Amneris did not like to break promises.
For the moment, she would scoop Finn up and wait.

| The light freighter continued its descent toward the surface, after sending in the access code of course. After some time navigating through the forests, the ship would gently land onto the grassy surface. The engines turned off, he took his A280 blaster rifle and got out of the cockpit. The salky would follow by once he got past the galley. "Come on. Let's take a tour of the base." The odd pair would move toward the lowered landing ramp, walking down the path. In sight were two of the sentry patrols, to supervise the nearby surroundings. As well as a couple of guards at the front entrance, which is within the walking distance.
Tremaine was about to take another step when Colonel Feorrin, a Twi'lek, rushed out of the entrance door and toward the rebel leader. "We have captured a prisoner. She's inside one of the cells with a force field." The Twi'lek urgently spoke, as he raised his eyebrows. "Must be important for you to take a walk all the way here." The Telosian figured that was the case. "Yes, we captured Jalaila. She's here. She says she'll only talk to you."
Tremaine would let a groan be heard. The Colonel would escort him, and the salky would follow by. He also made sure for one of the patrols to take Amneris to a guest quarter to let her get settled in.
