It is sad that yet again, Senate debate has devolved into juvenile, petty arguments. Yet again, delegates, remember your place. At this time, I'd like to ask that the chair dismiss Senator Star for the rest of today's session, and thank you for warning Governor Oswaldt and Senator Ordan, for lack of parliamentary language, but ask that a warning be given to Senator Cerra as well. On to the legislation, which is apparently so easily forgotten in this chamber... I vote In Favor of the legislation, as I have encountered this problem on occasion too, from time to time.

I, of course, never have this problem... anyone that refuses service to me on my homeworld is shut down immediately, and usually imprisoned. Needless to say though, none of my colleagues should face this horrid issue. In Favor.
