Amendment to the Clone Retirement Act

| Article VI of the Clone Retirement Act shall be amended as follows.
The following language—"Clones not wishing to continue service will be allowed to live out the remainder of their lives on the Imperial-aligned planet of their choice with a modest pension which will be decided by the Senate. This pension will not carry over to the families of any clones should they chose to marry at this stage"—shall be struck from the law and replaced with the following: "Clones in Imperial service shall be entitled to a stipend to cover basic living expenses in an amount to be determined by the Senate."
Brentaal votes in favor. We've already discussed to death the many reasons why a world might oppose the emigration of clones, and I see no reason to re-state them here. With all due respect to the clones and the valor that many of them exhibited in the course of the Clone Wars, "their choice" of planet should not be the only consideration in where they emigrate to, especially when that planet doesn't want them.
