| Ilanah took Caden back from him carefully and then glanced to Tremaine. "I don't know what you mean? Nothing happened that you don't know about. The droid mess on Imperial Center....and after I got out of the medical center there, I came here..." She said, omitting the rather severe transport accident she had been involved in. Of course, he might have known about it from the news. The senator tucked her son back into his cradle and smiled some, until Tremaine spoke of Kal again.
"I'm sorry....he's a what? No....he's in Imperial Intelligence, you must be mistaken." Ilanah frowned briefly as she watched the Teloaian carefully. Was Kal really....no, he couldn't do something like that.
"I'm not expecting anyone,no. Let the maid handle it."

| That next moment shocked her. Senator Thanatos didn't know Kal was an Inquisitor? Something must have definitely been up. Sure the droid revolution happened, but was that really the reason she "forget"? The Telosian was now concerned for her safety now that Kal didn't tell her, that is if she had some sort of accident. She is Kal's posible link to the downfall of the Libs. "Yes, he's in Imperial Intelligence but it's a top-secret branch of dark jedi and force-sensitives serving the Emperor as their agents in capturing or killing Jedi throughout the galaxy. Sometimes, they would do the dirty work and destroy groups that would want to promote democracy and freedom. The Ilanah I know would have known that. What happened to you?"

| "Kal isn't force sensitive." She said firmly, but she wasn't sure that she entirely believed herself anymore. With a sigh,Ilanah pushed her dark locks back from her face, revealing a still reddened scar that ran from just over her right eye to her temple, from the accident.
"I am fine. It was just a shuttle crash." Ilanah reassured him. "now what else was it you wanted to talk about?"

| He shook his head, "No, you were married to him before. Then you left him because he was hurting you. He was a dark jedi, and still is. He is playing you. Trust me, he's using you to get to me Lana." Tremaine would walk up to the lady, and gently placed his hands on hers. "Don't you remember Jules? She was a good friend of yours, and was killed in an explosion. She died because the Imperial forces came and tried to destroy her and our people. Can you live with yourself knowing you're married to the man that may have been responsible for the murder of your friend?"

| Ilanah shook her head some, staring at him blankly. There were vague memories surfacing, but nothing distinct. Jules. The name was familiar, but she couldn't put a face to the name. "I'll have to talk to him, Tremaine." she said, the confusion evident on her face. "I don't think he could do that, or kill anyone...." She frowned again, looking down at his hands that he had just put on hers. "I mean, I've known him since I was seventeen....when he uh...."
She looked at Tremaine suddenly as of she remembered something. "he was hurt....in a light saber fight."

| He nodded at Ilanah, "Yeah, I'm not surprised. All lightsaber-wielders have lightsaber injuries. So he had to either be really, really good at dealing with Jedi or he is a dark jedi. Are you still going to stay for him? I'm concerned for your safety. He knows you're a link to me and our rebellion." Tremaine was starting to have a bad feeling in his guts, would Kal have left Lana alone if he knew Tremaine was coming? Because she forget, she may have told the guy. The Telosian would keep his head up, alert to all the surroundings. [i]"Besides, why would he leave you all alone with me if he knew I was a rebel?"

| She was pale and felt a little woozy. The memories still weren't clear, and she wasn't sure they would ever be, but now there was a doubt planted in her mind. "let's let Caden sleep." Ilanah said ushering him from the nursery. "He wanted to know where you were going. I'm sure it's nothing. " she said, now trying to reassure herself more than tremaine.
"What are you suggesting?"

| He would walk with Ilanah away frmo the nursery, "I'm sayign that he had known I was a rebel for a long time. He even tried to prove he was on our side. He lets me be around you all the time. What does that say about Kal? Your husband could have kept me away from you just because I'm a rebel. He didn't, and now you're all banged up with Kal denying he's an Inquisitor. What does that tell you?" The Telosian would continue to walk down the stairs with Ilanah, until he had spotted Jalaila coming inside. He raised his eyebrows, "what are you doin here, Jalaila?"

| She looked at him thoughtfully as they walked. "It means that he trusts you, I think,else he wouldn't leave us alone together. He says we're friends....that should be something." The Inquisitor part was something she couldn't explain at all. The senator stopped short when she saw the unfamiliar woman and the tremaine spoke to her like he knew her. As if she wasn't lost enough.
"Do I know her too?" She asked Tremaine.

| Jalaila waited patiently in the foyer for the inquisitor. Such a nice house, she thought, oddly pleasant considering who she knew lived there. It had to be all Ilanah, because nothing there was dark or horrible. When she heard Tremaines voice, she snapped her gaze to him. "Same question. What are you doing here?". She asked before she tucked the small parcel in her hand down into her large, white purse.
She looked between the pair briefly before she locked on Ilanah. "How at you feeling? I heard you had a rough time recently."

| The Telosian stopped walking downstairs, and looked into Jalaila's gaze. "Yeah, she's my fiancee." It was really weird to see Jalaila there, something was definitely up. Tremaine would be able to notice that his fiancee had hid something into her purse, but he had chosen not to ask. "I was here to tell her that I'm leaving the Senate." Tremaine didn't take his eyes off Jalaila's, waiting to see if there was any change in movement, in order to either arose or lower his suspicions. [i]"Now, please do tell me. What are you doing here?"

| "I came to see Mr. Thanatos. We ran into each other on Imperial Center and he asked me to get something for him." she said, unwilling to divulge the rest in front of the Senator. "It's nice to see you though.". Jalaila said. There was a hint of bitterness in her voice, as she had been alone and had no way nor was able to contact the one person she trusted after what the Inquisitornhad put her through. It wasn't Tremaine's fault, she reminded herself.
Now that they were all here though, she wondered how long she would survive. Either Tremaine would kill her for betraying him and the Libs, or Kal would for telling Tremaine and Ilanah what had happened.

| He turned to look at Ilanah, "Now, do you see?" Then his face turned to look at Jalaila, there was betrayal in his eyes and she would be able to see it. Tremaine would keep his composure together, at least for the moment. The Telosian would let out a heavy sigh, moving to kiss the Senator on the cheeks lightly for a moment before pulling back. Then he pulled out a card and gave it to Ilanah. "Take care of yourself. Call me if you change your mind." He spoke casually, his body being a little tense. Tremaine knew what was going to happen. How could it be a coincidence that Jalaila was there to see Kal when Tremaine was there to see Ilanah? The next thing he did was, to slowly pull the palmgun into his left hand, into everyone's sighting.
Jalaila could see it in Tremaine's eyes that he knew what would happen next. A thud would be heard nearby, like a book falling. The former Senator would raise his palmgun and shot a stormtrooper running toward his left. the Telosian didn't bother to stay and fight, he knew the standard tactics of a typical squad of stormtroopers. They would try and surround their enemies. That's what led him to run downstairs and fired a laser bolt toward a chandelier that's attached to the ceiling. It would come tumbling down toward the floor, hopefully hitting some of them. Meanwhile, the man was trying to bolt for the exit, but not before he fired another laser bolt toward a stormtrooper that was runnin in the hallway from his left. He actually was jumping for the exit, and in the process tackling Jalaila out of the way.
Right after this, a laser bolt would grazed his left arm from the same stormtrooper that he had shot half a moment prior. The pair would land outside the exit, with Tremaine onto the top of her. The Senator immediately used his right arm to pull the combat knife out of his boot and threw the "dagger" toward yet another stormtrooper's chest. The Telosian would get to his knees, "Move!"

| She saw Tremaines look, but she knew he would understand once she explained what had happened. If he didn't, well, she wasn't sure what she would do. "Tremaine, I...." Jalaila wasn't able to even finish her sentence before shooting started. Before she knew it , she was on the ground and tremaine was pulling her to her feet to run. Her bag had fallen from her shoulder and the parcel she had hidden was laying on the marble floor. Too late, she tried to grab for it, but was pulled on by tremaine to avoid more blaster fire. Instead of protesting, she just made for the ship.

| The ship was right outside the estate, so it wouldn't be long before They get there. "Go get the ship off the ground. I'll take care of them." Tremaine was standing behind the entrance of the shuttle, picking a rifle off the permacrete floor and dropping the palmgun. He'd begin shooting back. "Let's get out of here before the TIEs shows up."
