Meeting with Tremaine Fowlkes

| When Ilanah received the message that Tremaine Fowlkes was coming to visit, she was beyond confused. Kal told her that they were old friends, but she was having a hard time and couldn't remember any of that. Nothing he was telling her was ringing a bell in her mind at all. Of course, he wasn't telling her everything for good reason. "I really do not think this is a good idea." Ilanah said to the maid who brought out a tray for when he arrived. The woman gave her an odd look, despite knowing the situation. "I'm sorry. I shouldn't have....never mind. Thank you for taking care of everything. Will you show the Senator in when he arrives ?" She asked and the maid responded positively.
Despite her hesitation,Kal had encouraged her to speak with Tremaine. So for the moment, she just awaited his arrival.

| He would take some adrenaline-filled time off, to go see his old friend. Tremaine still didn't trust Kal, but Lana insisted that he does. He was still wary of the guy, though it won't stop him from going to go see the Chandrilan. A shuttle marked by the Telosian authorities had emerged out of hyperspace. He would contact the docking authorities that he was present. Then he went ahead and headed for the surface after sending the landing clearance.

| Of course, permission to land would be granted. Ilanah was informed that he was arriving shortly and she offered the maid a kind smile. "If he is my friend, surely he would want to meet Caden?" She asked uncertainly, to which the maid nodded.
"I will go get him for you,ma'am.". Ilanah shook her head.
"No. Maybe after we've spoken a few minutes. If he asks." She was wary about having him around strangers, especially ones that could be dangerous. "Please just show the Senator in."

| Instead of landing at the hangar bay, he landed at Ilanah's personal estate. He had a palmgun hidden away under the coating that would cover his arms. He also had a combat knife hidden away inside his another arm. It was merely for self-defense. If.he were to bring in an assault rifle, he'd be suspected by the Imperial authorities. He would eventually leave the shuttle and approached the entrance of Lana's personal state and knocked on the door.

| The maid would show him to the sitting room where Ilanah was. She smiled some, though it was a little forced. There was absolutely not hint of any emotion in her eyes. "Tremaine. It's good to see you. I got your message....I wonder what it is that you needed to speak about?" She asked as she motioned to a teapot on the table. "Can I pour you a cup of tea?" She had a moment where she worried that he didn't like tea, and that her no knowing would give away the fact that she didn't recognize him at all. There was a faint recollection, but no more than that.

| Tremaine was being escorted to the sitting room, where he saw Ilanah sitting. He went ahead and sat down across from her. "It's about time we get to talk, Lana." He was about.to continue, but the lady offered tea. The Telosian raised his eyebrows, "Um, you forget. I dont drink tea or coffee."

| The only person hat had get called her Lana was Kal, so he must have been telling the truth if he called her that. "I am sorry....it's been a while. I must have forgotten." She said as she say back in her chair. "What is it that you wanted to talk tO me about, Tremaine?" She asked as she pushed her finger through her dark locks and watched him. She couldn't imagine what he could possibly want with her, but she had a bad feeling about it.

| He nodded slightly toward Lana. Then they quickly moved on to why Tremaine is calling to meet with her. The Telosian simply let out a light sigh. "Things are going to change. I'm going to be leaving the Senate. With your baby on the way, Jalaila is prepared to do most of the workload for us." Tremaine stopped so he could hear her response.

| She blinked slowly as he spoke, listening to every word he said. "Why are you leaving senate now?" Ilanah finally asked. She wondered idly if she had met this Jalaila that he spoke of. Kal might know, but for the moment, she just pretended that she knew what he was talking about. "What exactly is she going to be doing for us?" She continued, wondering what it was he was referring to. Kal had mentioned something about thinking Tremaine was involved in a rebellion of sorts, so that had to be it.
"I had Caden a few weeks ago, also. I thought you might want to meet him." Obviously, Tremaine was not that observant. Then again, she had been sitting the entire time, so it wouldn't be that noticeable.

| He looked at Lana for a moment before speaking, "Because I'm returning to do what I have always wanted to do." There were times he told Ilanah that he had been wanting to get back on the battlefield. Then again, he didn't know she had amnesia. "She'll be doing what we've been doing in the Senate. Now, I didn't know you had alreay given birth to him. How fast time had passed by. I'll be honored to meet him." The Telosian would get up and waited for Lana to escort him to wherever the baby was at.

| She would stand and walk with him, taking her time as she still wanted to know more. "Where will you be going?". She asked, folding her hands in front of her as he walked beside the other senator. It was confusing for her, but she wanted to remember, but she also didn't want to let on that she couldn't. It would have been perceived as a weakness.
Finally they came to the room and Lana pushed the door open. "You can go." She said to the nurse maid who was there. Lana moved over and picked Caden up and smiled slightly. "Thid is Caden, Tremaine." She said, offering to let him hold the baby of he wanted.

| He raised his eyebrows, how can she not know where he was going? "Where I've always gone to when I need time away from the Senate." The soon-to-be former senator would walk last the nurse and allowed Lana to place the baby upon his arms. "This is a good-looking baby. Probably got it from you." That was an obvious hint at the Telosian disliking Kal.

| "I don't know that you've ever told me where you go." She said, frowning some. "Do I need to worry?" It should have been obvious to him by now that something was off, but it could have been written off as hormones just as easily as anything else. She would gaze at both of them for a moment before smiling.
"He had his fathers eyes though. Blue." She said, with absolute adoration in her voice. She could tell though that Tremaine didn't care for Kal, just by his tone. It made her wonder why. Was it because Kal was in Imperial Intelligence? That was the story he had told her anyway. "Why do you say it like that? I do not understand why you do not like him...."

| Jalaila had no idea that Tremaine would be at the Thanatos estate. She had never had any intention on going there herself, but she had the evidence that Kal requested (read: forced her to get for him), and she was tired of just waiting for him to show up and scare the hell out of her again. She had heard through the grapevine about Senator Thanatos' situation since the droid revolt, and the birth of her child, so she just assumed that he would be there with her.
She arrived at the estate, noting Tremaine's vessel sitting outside, and thought for a brief moment that this was a bad idea. He would know what she had done, and he would be furious. If she didn't give the Inquisitor what he wanted, however, the situation would be the same. Either way, she was stuck between a rock and a hard place. Instead of turning tail and running, she knocked on the door and waited for the maid to let her in.
"I'm here to see Mr. Thanatos, please."

| Tremaine turned to look at Ilanah, "You okay, Ilanah? You've akways known where I went." Something was certainly off, did something happen to her while Tremaine was gone? That was something he intend on finding out. He would hand the baby back to Lana. The Telosian was getting suspicious, Ilanah would have told him if anythin changes between Kal and her. He would take her away from the Inquisitor in a heartbeat. She was a good friend of his, and he wasn't going to let something happen to her, even if she has a baby with Kal. He pondered on this for a moment, and decided to grab the issue head-on. "What happened while I was gone?" The Senator would kept his eyes locked upon the Chandrilan, studying her body language. Ilanah didn't know, but Tremaine was getting ready to pull out the palmgun if something went wrong. "He's an Inquisitor! Kal wants to destroy the only group in galaxy that wants to preserve democracy and freedom!"
Then he heard a doorbell, who could it be? Who would show up at Senator Thanatos' personal estate at this time of day? The Telosian raised his eyebrows, "who are you expecting, old friend?"
