So far it includes Lomen Ryuun, Bernard Oriel, Hubert Ordan, Reuke Cambrist, Ilanah Thanatos, our dear friend Draken Tu'Rot, Roman Lekpin of course, Exar Ray, Toben Domon is a possibility, but with the problems Sluis Van has been having with Vjun, it might be better to only invite him or Oriel... I'm not sure yet. Let's see... Augusta Aurelius, Moff Shirnoq, Artemis and Davon Vanden, of course, the heads of the Houses of Lorrd, Tremaine Fowlkes, if he ever shows up. Who else... that fellow who is senator of Rothana. I always forget his name. Kirkwood of the Cygnus Empire... I'm sure there's a few more minor dignitaries, but I can't recall."

| Ana listened to him ramble off the list, then she shook her head and picked up the datapad on the table and started marking the names down. "Titus Veritas." She said without even looking up at him, to remind him who the Senator of Rothana was. It was just something she knew, most all of the Senators names. The major ones anyway.
"It's simple. Invite both Senators Domon and Oriel and seat them on opposite sides during the ceremony, and the reception. If there are enough distractions, I am sure that there will not be a problem. You should also consider guests. Senator Thanatos is married, and I couldn't imagine her coming without him, Senator Oriel has a lady friend, so I have heard." If the rumors were true, he had stolen the wife of the recluse former Senator from the Cronese Mandate. "So does Fowlkes. A fiancee, I hear, actually." She continued on.
"How is Senator Lekpin, anyway? I meant to send flowers. Actually...I prefer to go and visit....even though he doesn't know me. It's just polite."

| That couldn't be quite right. Stark grunted. "Shmuel or something. Kadram. He's the Senator of Rothana, I thought. Isn't Veritas the old senator of Deralia or some such? No matter. So that includes Senator Thanatos and her husband, Oriel and his friend and Fowlkes and his fiance. Not a bad starting list.
"Lekpin is doing fine, the last I'd heard. He should be making a full recovery before too long and be more than ready to step back into his shoes as representative. However, one can only hope he'll make sector senator instead. We will have to go visit him rather soon, I daresay. Only polite, as you mentioned. I have little doubt that despite our differences, he will most certainly attend the wedding."

| She smiled as she looked up. "You're quite correct, I am sorry. just a little mix up" Ana turned her attention back to the list and finished writing what she wanted to. "I don't know where my head is today....in the clouds I suppose."
Finally Ana looked up and at him. "I am glad that he is well. And no offense, I will be glad when you are no longer representative. I worry, is all. I don't want something to happen to you on coruscant."

| "Imperial Center is actually quite safe," Stark reminded her, "Pending any further crazed madmen with droids at their disposal." He chuckled and shook his head. For Ana, the experience must have been quite frightening to say the least, but for Stark, it had been almost exhilarating in some ways. It wasn't every day he got to make a sub-orbital entry in a battle-suit in the middle of combat, after all, and it had certainly livened up his month. That wasn't to say he was a fan of all the death that had occurred, but he tried to get a thrill now and again.
"Fortunately, my darling, I will not be representative much longer. It will be much nicer to have one less hat to wear."

| Quite frightening wouldn't have began to cover it. She had been terrified, but luckily the team Alyn had sent had taken good care of her, even though she saw over half of them die in doing so. There was a measurable amount of guilt in that fact alone that she carried with her. She hadn't felt as though she was worth the loss of human life, and she still didn't.
"Yes...and in losing one hat, you are taking on two more." Ana said as she sat the datapad down, and left the planning for later. Though she was still somewhat resistant to the huge wedding, she was enjoying getting to help with some of the planning.
If he needed and explanation of his two new hats, she would give it. "Husband, firstly, and then in seven or so months....father." She murmured as she finally let her gaze fall on the man again.

| What Ana might not understand, might never understand, was that Stark would bleed out his forces, both legitimate and illegal to keep Ana safe and alive. She was, in some ways, his only true weakness. "Well my love, those are two hats I will gladly wear alongside those of businessman and philanthropist. I believe they will all balance themselves out, especially once husband and father take a front seat over the others. If nothing else, our children will have plenty of room to grow up safe.
"Speaking of which, if it is acceptable to you, I would like to name Jendos Merced of House Malos as our child's godfather."

| "I've not met him." She said simply. It wasn't a refusal, she was just stating a fact. "Could I meet him first?" Ana smiled some and got to her feet. "Invite him over. I'll cook....you can give your chef and servants the night off. It'll be like....well, it will be nice. Normal." She said. It wasn't like she hated her life, she just longed for some quiet normalcy. She wanted to be able to bake a cake or fix Alyn supper without anyone fussing over her.
"Please say yes, my love."

| Stark chuckled and nodded to her. "Fair enough, my dear. I imagine at times this must be a bit overwhelming. Keep in mind that Jendos and I served together in the Clone Wars. He's perhaps my oldest friend and it took him some time to adjust to wealth and position when I dumped House Malos in his lap. He still curses me from time to time for that, but he's a good man at heart. I'll let servants know they may take the night to themselves and it will be a quiet affair."

| She smiled brightly and nearly launched herself into his arms. "thank you so much....it will be perfect, I promise you.". Ana said before she kissed him lightly. She had been wanting to actually do something for him for a while, but was never given the chance because people were constantly fussing over her.
"I understand he is your dear friend. I promise not to embarrass you. "

| He kissed her back, a longer kiss before he broke away for a moment. "You need not be so self-conscious my love. You've never embarrassed me before. Nearly killed me in a speeder," he jested, "But never embarrassed. You'll be perfectly fine." Stark moved across the room to refill his water glass before turning back to Ana. "So if it's informal, we need not worry what to wear. No doubt he will come in casual attire."

| Ana shook her head. "I wasn't worried about that....too much." Certainly she had something appropriate that would fit her well enough. Irilia could help her choose if need be. It was the least of her concerns, especially at the moment. "I am so excited though." She was quite ppossibly more excited about the little dinner than even the wedding.
The wedding wasn't that far off, so she was a little worried about that.

| "Well, I am certainly glad you are excited. I feel we can safely use one of the smaller dining areas. No need to break out the great hall, after all. Perhaps something on the exterior? No, no. It's too cold for that. I fear my palace is not meant for exterior dining all that often. I must rectify that at some point. Ah, well." He shrugged slightly at the small perceived design flaw. "I will have a message sent to Jendos shortly. Would you like to prepare, my love?"
